All attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Attendance as a general attendee at this event is typically reserved for government and military contractors, engineers, analysts, business and program managers, as well as cyber and satellite industry professionals. Federal Government & Uniformed Military must register with a valid .gov or .mil email address. CyberSatGov’s Classified Day requires proof of valid TS//SI/TK clearance or TS clearance; dependent on registration. Should your registration not meet the requirements of this policy, you will be notified via email and contacted by a member of our team regarding altering or canceling your registration. Please be prepared to show identification when picking up your badge.

The cancellation deadline is August 28, 2020. No refunds will be given. If you need to cancel your registration, your registration fee can be credited toward another future CyberSat event if notified by August 28, 2020. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants. Substitutions are allowed and must be made in writing. Please send all requests to info@cybersatsummit.com prior to October 6, 2020.

The CyberSatGov’s 2020 Classified Day will be conducted through a teleconference. Participants will need to confirm they have access to their company’s SCIF, or access to a SCIF with a partnering organization. You can register your SCIF for access online. Each SCIF will receive a secure phone line to connect to the bridge, and all visual materials will be sent to a secure email address prior to the program. Each SCIF will be responsible for confirming the security clearance of all participants, and enforcing any safety protocols for those physically in the SCIF. More information is available here.

In 2020, CyberSatGov will be a hybrid experience with content presented in-person on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at the Hyatt Regency Reston in Reston, VA and content presented virtually on Thursday, October 8 and Friday, October 9 on our Digital Event Platform. The content presented in-person will be available on-demand the week of October 19. All content is included with your CyberSatGov registration.

Registrations can be altered and edited up until the badge is printed. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made at any time for the confirmed registrants of CyberSatGov 2020; however printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the event. Notice of substitution must be made in writing by the original registrant to tle@accessintel.com. We look forward to seeing you at the event!
